EKlavya is UK-based designer brand offering exclusive, made-to-order apparel rooted in creative expression and individuality with different catalog of clothing in top wears.
What makes EKLAVYA different from other clothing brands?
Every piece is made to order, blending thoughtful design, premium quality, and limited availability to ensure you own something truly unique.
Are your products mass-produced?
No. EKLAVYA specialises in custom-made pieces. We do not mass-produce or keep excess stock to maintain exclusivity and reduce waste.
Who designs the clothing at EKLAVYA?
All EKLAVYA designs are created in-house, blending cultural influence, streetwear edge, and timeless aesthetics.
Are EKLAVYA clothes unisex?
Many of our designs are gender-neutral. However, we also offer tailored fits for Men, and Women in their respective categories.
Do your collections change regularly?
Yes. EKLAVYA releases limited edition drops and exclusive seasonal designs - once they’re gone, they’re not restocked.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website eklavya.com, select your preferred size and design, and complete checkout with your chosen payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods offered by Shopify.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, all orders are final once confirmed. We do not allow changes or cancellations due to our made-to-order process. For more information, refer to our Return and Refund policy.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please read our Return and Refund Policy
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! You can send items to someone else by entering their shipping information at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How much does shipping cost?
Our Standard shipping is completely free while, our Express shipping is £2.99. This applies across the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2 business days where, standard delivery takes 2–5 business days while having next day to one business day delivery option with our express delivery.
Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email from our delivery provider.
Who delivers my order?
We work with reliable UK courier partners including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and Yodel - depending on your location.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
No. Once confirmed at checkout, your shipping address cannot be changed.
What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us via our Contact Page within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. While we are not liable for courier-related damage, we’ll do our best to assist you.
How do I find my size?
We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page. Please measure carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer plus sizes or petite fits?
Yes, our sizing is inclusive where possible. If a specific size isn’t available, it may be due to stock limitations from our supplier.
How accurate are your product images?
We aim to represent colours and designs as accurately as possible, but screen settings may slightly affect appearance.
How should I wash EKLAVYA clothing?
Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly on the print.
Can I iron EKLAVYA designs?
Yes, but avoid ironing directly on printed areas. Use a cloth barrier or iron the garment inside out.
How do I contact EKLAVYA for support?

I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name and email address used at checkout.
My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?
If your tracking hasn’t updated or it's been more than 3 business days since shipping, contact us and we’ll assist.
Do you offer exchanges or store credit?
No. EKLAVYA does not offer exchanges or store credit. All sales are final.
Do you allow returns if the item doesn’t fit?
No. We do not accept returns for size issues. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses after order confirmation. The product will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Do you store my payment or card details?
No. All payments are processed securely through Shopify and we never store or have access to your card information.
Can I request a custom design?
Currently, we do not offer personal customisation. However, we may offer limited collabs and custom drops in the future.
Will sold-out designs be restocked?
Usually no. Once a design is sold out, it is unlikely to return unless part of a special restock event.
Do you collaborate with artists or creators?
Yes — we’re open to collaborating with artists and visionaries. Reach out to us via the contact form for collaboration opportunities.
Are your products sustainably made?
We follow a made-to-order model to reduce waste and avoid overproduction — a more sustainable approach to fashion.
Where are your products made?
Our products are fulfilled through a UK-based network of professional print and garment partners to ensure local quality.
Do you use ethical suppliers?
Yes. We partner with providers who maintain ethical practices in garment manufacturing and fulfilment.
