Shipping Costs

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

All domestic UK orders have free shipping — no minimum spend required.

Shipping Providers & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable fulfilment providers, to ensure your purchase is delivered safely and quickly. Our logistics network uses trusted domestic delivery partners such as:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • Yodel
  • Parcel Force
  • Other reputable UK carriers

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location within the UK.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. This link is provided by the shipping carrier and allows you to follow your parcel.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Address Changes

At checkout, customers are required to enter a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot change the shipping address under any circumstances.

Please double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

We take great care to ensure each order is packed securely and checked for quality before dispatch. However, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Form
  • Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, if possible, assist in resolving it. However, please note that resolution is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

Order Processing Time

Each product is made-to-order, meaning we begin creating your item once your order is confirmed. Our average order processing time is 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification and quality check
  • Printing and preparation
  • Secure packaging for shipment

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified via email if we anticipate delays.
