Final Sale Policy

We operate a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy on all purchases. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be amended, cancelled, refunded, or returned.
This policy is in place to uphold the integrity of our production process, prevent overproduction, and ensure that each item remains one-of-a-kind for the customer who has purchased it. We do not hold excess inventory, and each piece is made with intention — for you and only you.

Please be confident in your selection before purchasing. We provide detailed size guides, product images, and descriptions to help you make an informed decision.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we maintain high quality control standards and ensure thorough checks before dispatch, we understand that rare issues may arise. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you believe you have received an incorrect order, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

To report a concern, please use our Contact Page and include the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • High-resolution photos of the product and its packaging

Once we receive your message, our team will review the details and assess the case. While we are under no obligation to offer replacements or compensation, we treat each inquiry seriously and will respond with transparency and fairness. Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of EKLAVYA.

Please note that reporting a concern does not imply acceptance of return or entitlement to refund.

Incorrect Information at Checkout

We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to incorrect details submitted by the customer at the time of purchase. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Mistyped or inaccurate shipping addresses
  • Wrong size, colour, or product variant selected
  • Duplicate orders placed unintentionally

We encourage customers to carefully review their order and delivery details prior to confirming payment. Any inaccuracies must be resolved before checkout is complete, as changes cannot be made afterward.

Unauthorised Returns

We do not accept parcels that are sent back to us without prior agreement. Any packages received at our address that have not been approved for return will not be processed, refunded, or returned to the sender.
