1. Overview

Welcome to Eklavya Group. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Eklavya platform, website, and all related content, features, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Eklavya Group provides a platform through which customers may discover, book, and purchase tickets for trips, events, experiences, and similar activities offered by independent organisers.

By visiting, accessing, or using the Services, including purchasing tickets through the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services or make purchases on the platform. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

3. Platform Role

Eklavya Group operates as a ticketing and booking platform. Events, trips, and experiences listed on the platform may be created and managed by independent organisers. Eklavya Group facilitates the listing, promotion, and ticket transaction process but does not necessarily organise, host, manage, or deliver every event or trip listed on the platform.

Customers acknowledge that the organiser of an event or trip is responsible for the delivery, operation, accuracy, legality, safety, and suitability of that event or trip.

4. Orders and Booking Confirmation

When you place an order through the platform, you are making an offer to purchase tickets for a specific event or trip. A booking is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.

Eklavya Group reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or suspected misuse of the platform.

5. Prices and Payment

All ticket prices displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time before purchase. The price payable is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Payments made through the platform are processed securely using Shopify Payments or associated authorised payment providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

6. Tickets and Event Access

Customers are responsible for reviewing all event or trip details carefully before purchasing, including date, time, location, inclusions, exclusions, restrictions, and age requirements where applicable.

A valid ticket or booking confirmation may be required for entry or participation. The organiser may refuse admission or participation where a ticket is invalid, altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or used in breach of these Terms.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases made through the platform are subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website. Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing a purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable event terms, tickets may be non-refundable once purchased.

8. Event Changes, Postponements, and Cancellations

Events or trips may be changed, postponed, or cancelled by the organiser or due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Eklavya Group does not guarantee that any listed event or trip will proceed exactly as described.

Where an event is cancelled, postponed, materially changed, or cannot be delivered, refunds or credits may be issued in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable organiser terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
  • purchase tickets using false details or unauthorised payment methods;
  • resell, duplicate, or exploit tickets in breach of applicable law or organiser rules;
  • interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the platform;
  • upload malicious software, spam, or harmful content.

Eklavya Group may suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including branding, graphics, text, layout, design, logos, and platform features, is the property of Eklavya Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, organisers, or payment providers. Eklavya Group is not responsible for third-party content, systems, or services and does not guarantee their availability or performance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eklavya Group makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform or any event or trip listed on it.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eklavya Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, travel disruption, or event-related losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

Eklavya Group may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective from the date stated.
